• No Kind Cooperation From The Sr. & Top managements In the Technical side
• No Properly Salary Is Paid In Time In KSA+Horse & Donkey On Same the Platform , Company Will Think Always There Own Propfit Making No Respect For Real Technical & Engineering Persons ,
• Indian Pakistan Phillipine ,Eygtian & Suadani Yameni , are Working as Engineers & Above Post as managers ,There Iqama Profession as Labour ,
• No Saudi Council Register Engineer ,But working as Engineers & Manager
• KSA Labour Ministry & MOFA +SCE , are very Week Body , No Control on Expatriartes , ITI & Dilpoma ,& Technical Fellow working as Engineers & Managers in KSA
• Saudi Aramco Not Maintain The Standard ,for Expatriates Engineers ,They have take Enrolment for ARAMCO Register Engineer Council & Approved 
• MOFA are Not changing Profession on Iqama Saudi Is big Problem
