Who is ultimately responsible for project quality?

Project Control Department is absolutely responsible for the project quality assissment of the project and QC engineers assigned to ensure that all quality standards are being complied with the confirmation of the auathorized project manager assigned.

Project Quality:-

                     Project Manger,Construction Manager and concern department head are responsible.

Project manager in coordination with QA/QC manager 

Project Manager is the ultimatly responsible for quality.

For effectiveness, Project Manager should be made responsible for quality.
