Does AutoCAD help at calculating quantities?

You can use Autocad to find Areas,Diameter of circils,Length of lines

Then using Excel you can find quantities

By order ( Bcount ) you can calculate your quantities

Yes definitely we can use data extraction to know how much quantity we need, we have also the bcount command and others alike. We can also collaborate through Microsoft excel just copy and paste.
