Do you prefer education background or experience one ?

The only way you establish a good user experience profession is by educating yourself in best practices and methods in User experience, and its a fundamental in UX, Continuous education in UX, by reading books, articles or webinars, helps you keep updates, then will be your opportunity to reflect your wide learning to gain a professional UX on field experience, but if you don't have a background or passion in educating yourself in UX , you might end up wasting your time learning from the market and those who call themselves UX Professionals, because they might be doing it all wrong, and you will be gain a bad experience, in summary yes, i prefer an education background in UX, so you can make a decision based on facts and information, not others experiences.
