The sales manager position is a key position that leads the company strikers (sales men & women) to score.

The sales manager shall have:

1 - Strong communication skills

2- Leadership skills

3- Coaching and counselling skills

7-Strong stamina 

8- Patience, perseverance, stick-to-itiveness and persistency

You need to have firstly great social and people skills to work with and sell to people. Customers dont want to buy of someone who is rude or not great at their job.

You need to relate to your employees and maintain a good professional work enviroment but at the same time make sure everything is running efficiently.

You need to look good and make sure your presentable to the industry you are representing and good product knowledge especially in the beauty field.
