Hi There, you can polish and improve your skills from time to time, first you must update your knowledge and follow the new method of teaching (currently: learning by doind and by desire), secondly, you sould select the most important books in the fileld and summarise them, thirdly you must discuss your new ideas with other teachers and collegues, finaly you must made a feedback and assess yoursef by selfcontrol and test the response of students and thier incentives
