How to predict group performance and identify potential problems?

The performance of the group can be predicted if we know the strength and weakness of each members of a particular group. The knowledge of the potential problem can be identified easily if we know the platform we are working on and same can be resolved if once we know the root cause of issue.

According to Group Performance : Leaders and Managers always selecting employees to involve their teams whose their performance measuring easily even they are qualified and have high level skills, Management (specially Leaders) so far should know what will happen tomorrow. otherwise we will be inside an ocean without ship.
