Negotiation is a key to solve any problem. As the third party or mediators listen the main problem of two parties it can be settled amicably agreeable to both parties. In industrial disputes the problem may arise due to payment to employees, terminations, working hours, benefits denial, etc. When the dispute arises and work is halted it harms employers as well as employees, it tis the duty of negotiators to come to an agreeable agreement to slove the problem which is beneficial to both parties.
