In your opinion, why is the hospitality industry growing slowly in the Middle East lately? How can hospitality recruiters, attract the best talent?

As we all know during the last five years all middle east region face what we can name civil wars and a lot of stable rejeems fall down , this reflected on the hospitality industry which depenend on bussines and tours and both of them nearly stopped in most of middle east such as Tunisia , Egypt , Syria and Lebanon. Some country still sevive like Emirates and Morocco but they are also affected by what's calls Arabic spring !!..
