It is a very good question and answers of same can be multiple.  If i am willing to invest in any company, i would prefer to see whether it is going concern or not in real terms.  My means to check their blood steam means their liquidity, market reputation, credit grading, compliance towards corporate governance and type and objectives of their management.  These are the key factors to consider at first.

I will prefer fundamental analysis over technical analysis. I don't want my decision to be based on technical analysis only where there are many complex calculation are involved, I will go for more simpler ,easy to understand and comprehend fundamental analysis. To conclude if the company clears my fundamental analysis then only I will think of investing .Therefore Fundamental analysis holds veto.

You should ask yourself first, which of those is really your inclination. It is not wise to invest in a company just because it makes a lot. What is the point of putting your hard-earned money in a company you hardly know? How will you be able to contribute to further the organization if you do not know a thing about what it does? In the end, it's about what really makes you happy.
