What kind of environment do you expect from your staff in your company?

Team work, Friendly, Smiley, supporting each others and calmness, I extremely love to work in a very active way, also a friendly place but meanwhile i like the quiet and concentrating on my work without any kind of disturbance or time waste.
Then whenever I complet my work I stay free.
That way makes me like '' I control my work also I do not keep anything pending for today before I leave the office ..

Came in my mind two things for now - React well to change - Encourages commitment and communication.

Depends what kind of working environment is encouraged by the employer.
