"All Round Development" means that we focus and emphasize more than the academic development of the child. Instead, while that remains a key focus, we also undestand the essence in emphasizing the social-emotional learning/development; the development of varying artisistic skills; cognitivie development; character development etc. to ensure that we are equipping them with the necessary skills to leave us as well-rounded, successful and competitive citizens of tomorrow.
By 'All round development" we mean that the teacher must develop all qualities in the student i.e Social , Moral & Educational development
