You joined your company & noticed certain irregularities in accounting procedures, by your immediate superiors, what actions will you take?

In the first instance there could be a simple explanation to the irregularities, but I will use the numbers and facts selectively in the same way lawyers use facts to support their case, NOT to illuminate the truth of-course. I also understand that most financial stuff are deeply political, they involve the allocation of resources, expectations and priorities, therefore the jury is out on this one.
