How wages determine practically in developing economy?

Wages are determined by the employing organization, whether it's private or public sector, based on the following criteria:

1. The average wage parameter for each position

2. The experience and qualifications of the candidates applying for a job

3. The organization's budget allocated to compensations & benefits

4. The wage standards provided by trade unions

5. The supply & demand factors in the job market.

Wages are determined by so many factors

Skills, experience, qualifications, personality, attitude, hand writing, communication, organization pay scale.

This is the normal criteria but now a days they are selecting best employee on lowest salary, using wasta also,
