What question you thought was the hardest to answer during an interview, and how did you deal with it?

In the States they have what's called 'behavioral interviews' that is trending nowadays where the interviewer will try to assess what personality traits you have to identify whether you are a match for the position.  So one popular question that will be asked is 'Tell me about yourself'.  I have always found that to be the most difficult question to answer because it is so broad and personal and I wasn't sure how to narrow it down and keep it professional.

I've learned over time however how to overcome this roadblock by preparing myself to answer the question in just 3 words that describe the person in me that I would like to portray to my potential employer.  This 3 word summary shows that I can be concise, creative, and compelling about the way I see myself and how I want others to see me as well.

How you can Improve our company

This is a very interesting question.

When I applied for a call center agent post, I was asked this tough question: "If you can be someone else for one day, who will it be and why?"

I was surprised by such question. For how many seconds I was silent for I was searching for the right person to embody my thoughts or for who would represent me well. Then a person came across my mind, and it was then-president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. This was my answer:

"If I were to be someone else for one day it would be Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Why? Because as president I can do a lot of things for my country. I may be her for only one day, but that one day may mean a lot and may affect the lives for our fellowmen forever. But at least in one day, I will be able to make the lives of people better. That one day may change the lives of our people."
