then my determine is :

1- 50% Planning / Because it the first step to Marketing.

2- 30% Customer Purchases / because knowing what customer is buying can feedback to what he need.

3- 20% Experince of sales team / because the customer came to us today will bring 10 tomorrow.

2-Customer 30%

3-Sales Team 35%
