1. Separate allergenic foods/ingredients during the receiving, storing, preparing and serving.
2. Ensure proper labelling of food, specifically include possible allergen ingredient.

Food Allergenic hazard is very dangerous. This may result fatal injury even death. So controlling allergens are very important.
You can add the ingredients in Menu description, so that customer can identify the hazards. Also create a food allergy order travel pathway which offer a customized food produced by the chef after the interaction with the customer. Make sure that such items produced in isolated area which prevent cross contamination with other food.
