I follow TEDx and MADTalks quite eagerly.
They're online forums that highlight true remarkable stories of leaders and leaders in the making.
My Cad site seems to work well and fill in any gaps in my knowledge. You tube can also be very usefull for a quick fix to any particular knowledge holes

It’s not easy being a manager these days.
