What's the procedure to establish marketplace website and how can I get vendors to sell their products on my website ?

Before getting a vendor/ seller for your portal try analysing the top selling / performing categories (which will help listing your site). then find out the local / international seller / supplier for the analysed  category. after internal finalisation of seller approach him with the proper proposal and just get started.
