Which SAP Certification shall be beneficial to get work in dubai/UAE ? Currently i am SAP PP and WM Functional Manager with 3+ Yr Experience

As currently you are working on SAP PP module, it is better to appear for SAP Certification-TSCM40 u2013 TSCM42 - mySAP SCM u2013 Planning with mySAP ERP* 2005.

I understand the question but SAP is a great modular info system. you only gain expertise not only by getting a sap certificate but understanding the link between sap functionality and business circumstances as every company has its own specific work processes etc. So if you are good in one field / functional area of SAP try to become expert! 

With respect of others ohh yes Dubai is booming with logistics... So ? Only a few companies can afford a SAP system as it is very expensive to maintain, so which companies in Dubai use Sap? Multi nationals, government, big matrix organizations.. Pls before you make such a step to invest in an sap certificate do a bit more research, ask Accenture what they need for example

SO its Logostic which is Hot in UAE , Should i come on visit visa and hunt for job in UAE in my module or please suggest ways / consultants through which i can look for matching JOB in SAP PP or WM module or IT Services as having experience for setting up IT Infrastructure for world's largest terry towel plant in india (Trident Group) as IT Project Lead

As Dubai is center Hub in GCC for trading, Logistics. So as per my opinion get stuck with your functional expertise By Adding Extended Warehouse Management.
