Vakkamäki&Johanna said that investigations have been conducted on the types of bacteria that lead to the outbreak of dengue in camels through the withdrawal of milk samples from five camels. Bacteria accounted for 72% of all milk samples taken from the camel. The California test was performed by dividing the animals tested into four sections according to the severity of the disease. The results of the first group showed that there were 10 camels suffering from chronic mastitis and Staphylococcus aurous was isolated from eight cases while isolating two cases of purulent fungal bacteria. There are a number of bacteria that are reached and are produced from this disease and these bacteria are: Streptococcus agalactia, Pasteuerlla haemolytica, Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Epidermis (Vakkamäki&Johanna, 2017).

Diagnosis of mastitis

Veterinary said that the disease is examined by the naked eye and by hand touch, where the presence of wounds, abscesses or lesions satisfactory on the udder, and check the symmetry of the quarters of the udder to observe any enlargement or atrophy in one of the quarters or in the entire epigastria. It is also observed heat and redness of the udder, pain and stiffness or elasticity of the udder. Physical examination alone is not enough. Laboratory tests should be performed, because subclinical inflammation can only be detected by laboratory tests. We mention the tests (California selection - White Sight developer test - PH test), bacterial transplantation and sensitivity testing. When the milk is examined, there are obvious changes in its specifications, such as color change, odor, texture and density, depending on the type and severity of the infection (Veterinary, 2016).

Prevalence of Mastitis in camels in the UAE

Abdella&Mohammed said that the study showed the types of diseases aobserved over the course of a full year (July 2015 to June 2016) in a large camel milk farm in Dubai city in the United Arab Emirates. The study also showed the numbers and percentage of camels affected by these cases. The most common diseases were scabies (22.6%), mastitis (30.9%), fungal dermatitis (18.7%), insomnia (14.5%), skin lesions and abscesses (4.2%), (4.1%), diazinon poisoning (3.5%), snake bites (1.9%), pneumonia (1.8%) and viral skin ulcers (1.7%). Other infections were eye infections (1.2%), uterine infections (1%), hysterectomy (1%), placental retention (0.7%), fractures and accidents (0.6%),), Abortion (0.5%) and obstruction (0.4%) (Abdella&Mohammed, 2014).

Eberlein said that camel is God's gift to man in the desert and dry environment for its high ability to coexist and produce under climatic, natural and environmental conditions that are difficult for other animals to live in, not to mention production in these harsh conditions. The camel has been used for more than two millennia before the migration. Camels were used in wars, in transporting commercial goods between countries, in traveling and exploring deserts and new continents such as the continent of Australia, which imported camels from the Asian continent. Camel also provided the human needs of milk and meat and fur and skin so the connection of the human - especially the Arab man - camel closely linked and formed an essential part of his social and economic life (Eberlein, 2007).

Recently, there has been less attention to camels, especially in order to transport them, in order to provide modern means of transport, except in some of the rugged desert areas where modern paved roads have not been extended. However, camels' milk remains of great importance to some consumers because it is associated with the traditions of ancient Arabs when it was served with dates to honor the guest and to be one of the most important sources of human food in the desert environment. Camel milk is characterized by taste and flavor and it is very useful in terms of nutritional and therapeutic.

In the past, it was believed that camels do not get diseases like other cattle, but the evolution of animal disease diagnosis. After extensive field studies and intensive field research on camel diseases and health problems, camels on land are found to be infected with other animal species. However, there was a severe lack of information on the conditions of the disease affecting camels under intensive breeding systems.

Abdella&Mohammed  declare that the dairy farm was established in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in 1996 with an initial crop of 6,000 camels, mostly black (82%), White (8%) and Yellow (3) ), Red camels (3%) and other hybrid breeds (4%). This study was carried out from July 2015 to June 2018, and the herd size at the farm was 2316 head and 126 infant dialogues. The research criteria included a daily monitoring of the disease that affected the herd and was diagnosed manually and laboratory in the farm laboratory after taking the necessary samples of blood or serum or dung from diseased animals to confirm the preliminary field diagnosis. After confirming the diagnosis of the cases were provided treatment and follow-up cases to ensure their response to treatment. In the case of death, the body of the animals was dissected and the pathological changes were detected. It was found that approximately 40% of the camels had mastitis due to acute inflammation of the breast (Abdella&Mohammed, 2014).

C.E.A. Winslow, one of the leading figures in the history of public health, characterized

public health practice as the science and art of disease prevention, prolonging life, and

promoting health and well-being through organized community effort for the sanitation

of the environment, the control of communicable infections, the organization of medical

and nursing services for the early diagnosis and prevention of disease, the education of

the individual in personal health and the development of the social machinery to assure
