Cross selling is an important aspect of growing business from an account over time. Cross selling can be done post a deep understanding of the clients need & building a relationship with the client wherein they trust you to make the right product/service decisions for them.

Cross selling requires client engagement, regular interactions, feedback sessions with the client. Pitching your product /services at the right time is important as it should seem beneficial for both the parties involved.
