what do you think your manager wants from you? What are his expectations?

any manger want his staff to do their jobs proficiently, expectations will never go over the budget for raise, you do not ask your manger to move to next level you JUST SHOW him you are the MAN

أنا كمهندس موقع استمع دائما إلى أراء المهندسين الأقدم و العمال ذوي الخبرة في عملهم لان من يعمل بيده يواجه مشاكل اكثر من من يوجه من بعيد و في النهاية أخذ أراءهم و أفحصها ثم أقرر أيهم أنسب مع التفكير أيضا في الموضوع المطروح من خلال خبرتي و بهذه الطريقة تزداد خبرتي في العمل و كأني أعمل مكان العامل و يكون العامل سعيد بتنفيذ فكرته أو حتى جزىء منها و يشعر أن له أهمية في العمل و يبذل جهد أكثر أما مديري فإني لا أجادله في أراءة لاني أكتشف أنه مدير فقط للتسلط و هو حقه فمن حكم في ماله ماظلم

ولكن تعليقي : المدير دائماً على صواب !!! ولو كان بينه وبين نفسه يعلم انه مخطئ.

انا كمدير ادارة سابق كنت ارفع شعار الاسرة الواحدة داخل ادارتي ومستمع جيد للعاملين تحت ادارتي واخ اكبر لهم واوجههم للصالح دائما واعدهم جميعا ليكون مدراء ناجحين في المستقبل انها روج العمل الجماعي والاسرة الواحدة المطلوب لنجاح اي مدير وادارته

I think my manager wants from me an excellent performance and highest productivity.

My line manager expect me to be effective, efficient and ensure existing/ new opportunities are delivered to agreed parameters and expectations.

Plan, manage, consolidate and communicate information about projects efficiently coupled with strong decision making skills, bias for action over analysis and prefer practical to perfect solutions.

Most importantly my line manager expect me to solve the problems and get job done with and through other people.

I think we all agree that Busniess have no feelings as start , then what any manager need is all tasks finsihed on the time needed in an accurate way , Then for the above3 questions all can be answerd i will never ask for anything from my managers But i will let the managers come to me and talk about me But even try to inform me they did the best for me with factors surrounded and by the status of the company by (( Work is talking More than talking )) meaning if i am not doing my work as normal work but i always trying to think out of the box in order how to improve myself and the my company operations as well by adding new idea to reach how to make new revenue and reduce any cost by that not only your manager will try to promot you or giving a raise but even the chairman will at least hear by you through your work and your new idea which can be applied to reach up for the ideal frame work.

مديرى هو من يرانى دائما وهو من يوجهنى رايه هو معظم الوقت يكون صحيح وفى البعض يكون على خطأ لكن هناك دائما فرصه للحوار ان كان لديك وجهه نظر اخرى للموضوع فأن اقتنع مديرك بها فانت بأمان وان لم يقتنع تبقى امك داعيه عليك يامعلم
