good question
some people feels like its just their job to help a client there for top service is not delivred
top service must come from your ability to help the client in every way as possible to give them that peace of mind knowing that what ever it is, has been taken care of and that they don't have to worry about it.
you as service provider must be their to help them not because its your work to do so but that you really want to, its why you applied for the work to help and provide excellent client service.
remember customer service is the foundation to the company with out customer service your company wont be able to grow.
