Yes, I agree but subject to LED installation/retrofits is better matched with existing lighting. Also installations along with some lighting control measures in big facilities will definitely lead to achieving that target.
Hope everyone is fine, well as we know that in few countries still have energy shortfall. but according to world table of energy the production is getting increase by installing Renewable Energy. so per discussion about LED lights so definitely it will work and reduce by 50% .
