Is it justified to compare one's intelligence with his English speaking Skills?

no English is just a language , ....

I feel the knowledge of acquiring a new language is an individuals choice of enhancing his skill, including the knowledge of English language, at the same time the knowledge of having mastered a language does not necessary means having a higher intellect level. There are a lot many examples of writers, thinkers ,scientist and poets who have brought there work in other languages of the world, without having any knowledge of English speaking skills.

Nah!!!!! Absolutely not! English is just a language it can not be use for assessing one intelligence. I'll give an example like Chinese are learning everything in their own language and there are a lot of Chinese who can't speak English very well, So this doesn't means that these people are less intelligent.

It is depend on the what kind of job you have choose. If it is sales and marketing or marketing services or any other job on which your dealing with high profile people or organisation then english speking skill is must.
