if you dont have anyone to teach you or give you an advice do this:
bring a book with tapes, listen to the tape and try to write it down. The book is for correcting , but alwas read it carefully as if you never here it before.
How? Only by working and learning and taking council from an experienced teacher or a native speaker
Study, institutionally or through daily life.
Practice through media, they would help a lot. The good ones, of course. News and geographic channel, or food and travel, or even The Voice can help improve your way of sounding words or answering questions. or doing general conversations.
Then again, use it and see reactions, learn from the listeners, then correct your English. In the long run, your progress towards acquiring and retention depends on how much habitual effort you give to learn the language.
