How many layout surveyors are required for real time kinematic survey ?

Real Time Kinematic (RTK) in navigation system is used to get precise position solution of a dynamic receiver (rover). One base and one or more than one rover is used in real time kinematic survey. Base sends the correction factor to the rover over a standard communication protocol to get more precise position solution of the rover.
