For extra working hours. How would you like to be compensated ? Through over time payment, compensatory holiday or in any other form. Please answer mentioning sector of your industry ?

Commonly in pahrma companies , there are different  travel compansation programs and plans for short holidays abroad in different countries worldwide and me personally passionate about travelling and prefer this type of incentives .   

Overtime payment or additional holidays would be great!

In my opinion, I will go with over time payment to feel that I made something more for the company by getting my estra effort payment. the sector I work with is Airlines/Cargo

in my plants we use :

direct payment for over time for 1st plant

for 2nd plant using target method: that depend on how many product we have then it calculated as payment through special function we put. here payment may reaches doubled than over time they work.
