What is the way to remove Dark circle

am using light room for corrections

I'm using clone tools , udjusting its feather to get the color of prefered dark space,(click alt then the clone tool)then the prefered skin tone to clone. another is the healing tools which is commonly use by other editors.

better to use heeling tool  to remove spots and to remove dark circle's (PS cs1-6 or cc)and also you can use Dodge Tool for best results

Select the Dark Circla use father2/3/4 or adjastable. Use Brightnes/Contrast or colour balance

I prefer Dodge Tool, its one of th best way to playaround with highlight and shadow areas in Photoshop Use the soft edge brush with the opacity around50%, that will do the job.
