The system pressure increases by the counter pressure in the discharge line due to the increasing flow. To ensure that this increase in system pressure caused by the flow does not exceed the value of 10% of the set response pressure, the admissible flow has to be reduced dependent on the counter pressure in the discharge line.
Non return valve not working properly, oil filter not functioning(it is giving flow resistence),internal leakage of direction valve or control valve.
Check valve. Troubleshooting as per drawing
1. if filter is been clogged it could back pressure in the system
2. it depends upon the flow of hydraulic fluid in the system ( if been restricted by hose or other lines it could)
3. even if the lines been invereted to system
Back pressure. occurs when hydraulic flow in the return line is restricted and causes a buildup of pressure backward through the line. This is undesirable as it robs the entire system of potential flow as the pump now has to produce more power to overcome the back pressure.
Any types of restriction in return line will create back pressure. To avoid this situation always use proper size of filter in return line and also clean the filter. You can fit pressure gauge on filter unit and take feedback which indicate filter is going to dirty.
