In a general way, a company can grow in three ways:
1) - organic growth which means the expansion founded on an existent company structure, as opposed to the expansion or diversification by acquisition
2) - the acquisition of companies or business units that are part of companies
3) - the bifurcation to other types of activities (diversification)
The ability to grow organic way is always a sign of strength because it demonstrates the ability of the leader to advance the case. A company that successfully develops from its own resources it brings the proof that it is competitive that customers prefer its products with those of its competitors
