How to make communication Between IP V4 and IP V6?

For IPv4 to IPv6, you need some thing call PAT, You need device(router or Server) with pat functionality, IPv6 and IPv4 are 2 different protocol and need translation between two for proper communication.

• 2.Enabling IPv6 on other routers as a parallel network internal to the customer-perceived network
