Your brain and body thrive when you step outdoors, especially in the morning.
Shelter is a basic human need. But staying indoors all day may fuel anxiety, insomnia and that too-familiar sense that humans just aren’t meant to spend the whole day inside.
You miss a lot when you surround yourself with walls, and sunlight tops the list. Exposure to sun-strength rays helps calibrate your body’s circadian “clock”, which regulates everything from appetite and sleep schedules to mood and energy levels, says Kenneth Wright, director of the Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory at University of Colorado, Boulder.
Wright’s research has shown electric lighting and an absence of natural light can throw off your internal rhythms. He says jet lag and an erratic sleep-wake schedule (the kind shift workers endure) also disrupt your circadian clock. Research has linked working nights to impaired health and wellbeing, increased risk for obesity, diabetes, substance abuse, depression and other diseases,
Yea..u need to get out and move around..u deff need sunlight..staying in all the time is bad for ur complexion & ur vitamin d levels..sounds like u don't hav any energy whatsoever..so I would start taking a multi vitamin & for exercise u could play the Wii or jus dance to ur favorite tunes..tht should help ur mood..but there's nothin like actually getting up and goin out..take a walk etc
Working all day inside is not nice, however I had employers which provided at 10 am and 3 pm a 10 min break.
Stay inside their home for days at a time unless they absolutely need to go out. ... Maybe you aren't as bad as this, or maybe this describes you perfectly.
I totally agree with Mr. Vaqar Ali Sayyed's answer.
I agree with Mr Vaqar answers, thanks for the invitation. .
Its surely bad because your body skin must absorb sun's ray for healthiness. Morning sun ray is best for ur health. It can make you very depressed
I apologize for the answer I did not understand the meaning of your question
.Too bad
How can I be healthy if I stay home all day!
be more specific, inside of what?
