What do you think is the most effective marketing tool to promote your brand , and what are the strategies for leadership ?

The kind of marketing tool to use, greatly depends on the kind of business and the target customers. However, in general, in this digital age SEO, Social Media Marketing and Google Adwords & PPC can be pretty useful to build a brand image.The most important leadership strategy in my opinion should be to develop and sustain a positive culture within an organization. The emphasis should be on team work, motivation, mutual trust and respect and a clear definition and understanding of the goals and vision of the organization. Open and frequent communication between the top management and the subordinates can yield fruitful results too.

No doubt that Internet and social media marketing are the most prevailing strategies used by marketers today.  However, pharmaceutical brands are slow to web or online marketing that cautious behaviour of the Pharma marketing field, combined with uncertainty of regulation, held pharmaceuticals back while marketers in finance, professional services, manufacturing and business services raced ahead online, really jealous! In this tactical roadmap for pharmaceutical brands , as Pharma marketers we should highlight key steps every Pharma brand should evaluate for boosting the effectiveness of their communications planning. For me personally I am eager  to have  an experience in digital marketing this will be a useful checklist, for me to device new web strategy which could  make a revolution  of the communications or marketing mix  and help finance directors at my company  to save about 20% of the marketing budget without any drop in results in fact! . I think that  the strategies for marketing leadership should move towards centre of gravity to digital channels thereafter Pharma brands would respond quickly and can gain competitive advantage as well as improving the effectiveness of their marketing plan.
