Are all these sentences grammatically correct and meaningful?

 

  1. I'll be in touch with her.
  2. Let's keep in touch.
  3. One should always stay in touch with their family.
  4. Get in touch with him as soon as you reach your town.

The question is not clear enough. What I understand is that the usual verbs that go with 'in touch' are:

be (all the 8 forms of be), remain, keep 

The rest can be in conjugation, like

will be / shall be, has/have been, etc.

In business and everyday communication the phrase "stay in touch" is very common, it highlights the idea that it has helped keep people from losing friends whom they don't have time to meet often. if you hope you could say it in different words. There are more words related to " in touch" such as verbs  give or exchange information, ideas…
