1. Responsibility. Always remember that you are responsible for everything your team does or does not do.
2. Service. There is only one way to lead, and that is to serve. Your job is to bring out the best in your team and help them complete the task that the team has been given.
3. Example. Always be an example to your people.
4. Fairness. Be fair in your dealings with your team.
If you can manage three out of four 95% of the time, you'll be in the top 10% of corporate team leaders.
