First, happy Birthday to you.

Why you  feel overwhelmed at this times. You were always ( A candle) helpful, supporter , confident , self motivated and ambitious , an exceptional professional at Bayt platform . Just stay  ! I am sure things would get better.  Sometimes that's hard to Know when you're down or stressed, don't take such decision to leave when you are depressed, all you mentioned are a difficulties and not a mess, you can stay and keep constructive discussion and issues would be solved soon. Don't feel angry because things are changing and would be in control. These issues aren't hard to manage. Many junior and senior people following you and know you can handle these problems with patience. As a global business development manager I know you can react wisely with  stress ,problems to solve this argument , never let yourself get upsetting. Many things that cause these problems could be solved and managed effeciently soon .

There are three basic ways of reacting to the problem in focus:

1.   You can get angry – But don't leave your friends, fans and a wonderful network of professionals on Bayt

2.   You can withdraw – for a week to take rest and stop talking to everyone but come back thereafter.

3.   You can take charge - think out the problem, try to find a solution, ask for help, or work for change, make something different but stay herein.

I noticed the same issues,

I joined this site so that I could find some better job.

But not as physible as it seems at firs.

Several people visited my profile, but then no further moves.

Instead I would like to stay.

Cause some times, it better to revive what your learned.

As for questions you place here and didn't get a reply,

Well personally, I would like to say that sometimes, it happen a strict schedule time restrict them from repsonding.

So I think its not an issue.

We have to keep in mind we are almost all are professionals and try to invest our time where we could get some fruitfull results in term of some finances specially.:)

I joined this site to find a job, but later when I started to share my opinions, I recieved a several positive responses and it built a confindence in me.

So I decided to stay, at least if not recieving any support in term of monetary transaction in responses I am recieving some positive energy from here.

Contacts, and responses from other increasing my knowledge about people and their behavior as well.

From the response your are getting from your supporters, I don't think anyone will let you go without a fight :)

I can see how the site has flaws and how frustrating it can be to not be able to get your message across.  But with any organization we cannot just up and leave when things don't work.  We have to fix the problem and work together until a solution appears and everyone is onboard and willing to contribute to making the organization better for it. 

The effort that we put into the channels that we use to expose our talents and to gain from other's expertise is a channel to success in the end and when things turn to the worse this is our opportunity to overcome that challenge.  You yourself have offered a great persepective on this matter from your own expertise of running your organization.  You said and I quote:

'Strategic planning links the present to the future, and shows how you intend to move toward your vision. One process of strategic planning is to first develop goals to help you achieve your vision, then develop actions that will enable the organization to reach these goals successfully'.

Personally, I have learned a great deal from you over the last year that I have been on Bayt.com and if you leave the site it will be a loss to all those who have endorsed you (almost two hundred people, who has that!!?) and all your diamonds worth of status, (hope to get there one day with your help) and your expert opinion which we have all been learning from.  

Anyway, hope that makes a difference and hope that you will reconsider.

Dear Bro, I could able to figure it out from some of your answers. Your experience speaks loud and clear! Whether Bayt may take it to look into this or leave it, you and your expertise is very valuable and guiding the younger generation who may not be able to see your light by staying in Bayt a job portal.   If you can’t who can? Fight it out!!  In the confrontation between water and the rock the water always wins. Not through strength but through persistence.

Above all, is it the right month to make a decision to severe “Relationship”. Pl rethink. We want you to be on board not for what board has done to you but your expertise benefits many of us.  

I totally agreed with Mr. Mohammed Ashraf & Mr. Zeeshan Tariq view, Bayt.com senior management should do some about these issue and also reply offical on public portal.

Dear Professionals,

I would like to inform you that, all professionals on my network or the professionals who are following me or the one who answered my questions that I decided to permanently leave this bayt.com platform gradually in weeks time  due to the unprofessional and repeated activities of Community Manager /s. against the following:

1-     Since days, not replaying to my last4 emails to .  – Communication gap and it is a great problem in modern business. They have no answers for my question so not replied yet.

2-     Core business development question’s specialty tags are removed and changed to human development by community manager, even after several emails the  moderator team found that it is a great mistake still then they did not change yet. And, the community manager who changed the tags, is experienced only as a  web/mobile developer. This job portal is looking for right candidate for right position and here it is like an excellent joke.    

3-     No any reasons as being so, one community manager has been awarded  Top #1 ranked for Digital marketing specialty  for several months who is doing nothing on questions/answers activities on this platform, after my several emails they changed that community manager and ranked me the first ONE but made wrong reasons as bugs are the reasons for community manager to hold top #1 position on digital marketing specialty, Do you (The Professionals ) feel we professionals are not intelligent?

4-     After successful completion of three months as a moderator, they did not provide one month free premium account because I notified their mistakes very clearly and they felt shame, so no reply for emails and no  premium account. I am not looking for premium account by dint of no any benefit or profit of it but rather they need to stick on their words to us.

All my email communications with byat.com moderator team would be sent to its CEO, Mr. Rabea Ataya and the Chief Marketing Manager  Ms. Lama Ataya not to happened such demotivational activities against you (non-profitable Professionals with years of great experience working on this platform) who are working here day and night.

As not being able to accept such deeply impertinent activities, I decided myself to leave permanently from bayt.com, take care yourself to keep your image without spoil in front any uneducated or unexperienced one as EDUCATION is great and great POWER ever.

NO NEED TO SEND ME ANYMORE QUESTIONS PLEASE. I am publishing this information because my networks should know why I left here.

I am sorry to hear that , I partly agree with you , some wrong steps can be found here, but I would like to ask you to review your decision, it is a big loss if you leave this platform.

Mr. Mohammed I think  Bayt platform is good and will be improved with our effort as all these  reasons to leave are temporary and as Ms Ghada said you can overcome problems wisely and we should not give up easily.. thanks 

It is a big petty & shame that such things you claim are happening. You shouldn't give up that easily, contact the mgt & also contact your other connections on bayt to discuss about these issues & sort them out. But surely You will be missed if you leave because for me, it has always been a pleasure contributing with you. Stay strong & fight your cause. Regards
