What is the difference between Mission & Vision in business?

vision is what do your business to be in the next 3-5 years (the dream that you wish to achieve it but not achieved at the moment) but the mission is why the business exists in the market (the role that your business play in the market; the value that your business will add to the market)

Mission will be goals and plans. Vision is having an eye on them. So take carefull look on every step to succeed in business.

An organization should include vision and mission in long term strategy designed to achieve objectives of the shareholders. Vision of an organization is value which is it aims to create in society and at economy at large going forward. Mission is plan focused to attain the management vision.

Since 'Mission' and 'Vision' in business are almost always meaningless terms, your question is moot.
