What is the procedure to lineup cascade control loop in DCS?

Basically in CASCADE control, there are2 controllers. One is MASTER control and other is SLAVE control. For example if we want to control temperature in H/E, we have temperature control as MASTER and FLOW CONTROL VALVE on steam line as SLAVE control. Now to take CASCADE in line, put MASTER on AUTO mode with desired SV( set value) and put SLAVE ( here in our case Steam control valve) on CASCADE mode. That is all.

To lineup cascade control loop in DCS you need to define master and slave configuration and put the out put of master as setpoint for the slave. .....

In Cascade Control, there could be two or more Control loops, depending on each other, (Other details are already discussed in above answers)
