Its all about schedule as in restuarant field we know strong schedule making will lead to strong deployement and strong deployement means WOW services, as for me i usually sits with team for 10-15 minuts after peak iftar time and have some talks and food with them so they do not feel burdon and i usually schedule regular off for those employees who can be potential lost of motivation for whole team, try to listen team if someone wants some break give it so the morale can be manintained

· Before Ramadan we've to re-schedule the staff work plan between Muslim & Non-Muslim people.
· Distributing the achievements between them by rescheduling the work's hours (Day & Night)
· Protecting Muslim people to do any hard work specially under sunlight area.
