Indeed I have been asked that question in one of my job interview , however my answer perceived on light of my study in business school as the Human Resource Manager deals with personnel and must possess appropriate and special personal characteristics, for instances as MRM, I have talked to the interviewer about my excellent interpersonal traits and leadership skills, my outstanding Written and oral communication and presentation skills which are not difficult to demonstrate to other employees , my evince initiative and creativity in decision-making and I have providing employer with relevant examples of my ability to talk and negotiate in my previous job .
