Ans: (B) Higher Risk [From Systems Engineering perspective: If a system consists of two components each having reliability of 90%, than the reliability of the system will be 0.90 x 0.90 = 0.81 i.e. 81%. Now consider each critical path as one component, system as the project and reliability as the Risks associated with the critial path. So as you will keep adding more components (aka critical paths), reliability of overall system (Project) will go down even if the risks of each critical path is same.

Thanks for your invitation. I think the mutiple critical paths in a project as :

1- Risk of the Engineering system

2- Risk of  components reliability of the Integrating System

3- Delay in the execution stages

4- Big damage in the deliveries

b) The risk is more as the risk of delay is more is the correct answer, which was practically experienced by me twice.

because each project have  so many tasks and every task is composed of so many activities the shortest time to complete the task is called critical path for that task so  for many tasks then the critical path is the shortest  time to complete the project you can even plot adigram to find the critical  path of every tacsk and the critical path of the whole project

Answer : b) The risk is more as the risk of delay is more

Since critical path increases the risk, more the critical paths more the risk.
