As per my concern, now a day’s many companies are using these tools for promoting sales specially face book. It is because, they any many pro's such as, saving time , interact to many customers with in a short span of time, meet new people, maintain relationship with clients and customers the last but not least best tools for generating business .
However, there are some companies not allowing these tools because of their own policies & procedures.
