Thanks for invitation
Of course " the systems and Smiles " is the correct and right systems
systems and smiles is the right customer service. Thanks for your invitation.
Systems and smiles are ok in this case but however & most importantly, we should note & apperïciate that there are other relevant & necessary factors that shouldn't be left out or forgotten in view of successful customer service.
Happy & blessed Eid to all. Regards
I think Systems and Smiles will do and right one. Thanks.
In a restaurant, they can smile till their jaws ache, hold your chair for you when you sit down and refold your napkin every time you leave the table. But if the food is lousy, you’re not likely to go back. Here is the food the good food is as a result of the system. System guarantees good service and not the smiles. Every business is composed of a group of systems that work together to create a process that is efficient and responsive to a customer’s wants.
Where there is in excess of Smiles than the system, process failures are ahead. Being nice is just% of the good customer service. The important part is designing systems that allow you to deliver the service right first time. All the smiles in the world aren’t going to help you if your product or service is not what the customer wants.
However, being nice is also a must as it is the first impression of the good service. But lasting impression is based upon the system
Respected Sir, I always say that Smile is the best Antidote to all ills and ailments of Humanity, so I am an ardent supporter of the idea of
‘‘Systems and Smiles’’ to ensure the right customer service.
Bundle of thanks for putting forth such a "Smiley Question".
systems and smiles is the right customer service
system and smiles, why?because many customers appriciated you for just a smile and that is the
begining of your good conversation to customers.and after that you will enter your good system
I would say it might depend on perception and expectation of customer or on situation . Service should be flexible and representatives of this or that service should act accordingly . Smile is a pleasant addition of course but let's not overestimate its "magic", it might frustrate sometimes.
