What is the importance of the interpersonal relations among the sales team members and customers ? What are the influences that on the selling process?
There's a lot of benefits from it.
First that comes to my mind is building good reputation for the company AND the sales person.
Also, it's easier to sell the product when the customer likes the sales person and when there is trust between them.
Also, it is more likely that the customer who already bought the product will recommend the company to their friends and family.
I'm sure there's more, this is what crossed my mind in the first moment!?!?!
