when operate in auto pump when reach to low level stop and shutdown and don't operate even in manual mode switch don't be on
never run in dry condition
Put the limit switch in pit at high level and low level due to which pump starts in auto and shut in auto so through this activity pump never run in dry condition
we have mostly two options for that either add a level sensor for the tank and connect it with pump through a PLC system or add level gauge with sensor.
By the use of level meter in the suction tank and by the use of float switch in the suction line
