What are the steps that the waiter should follow in his service?

First of all  every waiter when he arrives at duty he have to make the tables  set up ,and check the quantity of cutlaries also help the barista to clean the bar ...and when the customers arrives  he should great and welcome them , pull the chairs for them , and give them the menu and in that time the server have to use his sales quality and suggest for them some items , after that recieve the order and give it to the kitchen or to the bar and follow up the orders , ask the customers if they need a desert or coffee and before given the bill for them the waiter to make the customers feel at ease and offering the write customer care with them , collect the amount of the bill delevery it to the cashier , and for sure the waiter should wish a good day or night to his guests.
