What do intelligent people do to waste time?

I think that Intelligent people don't waste time, they invest time, even if that may be relaxing! nevertheless, wasting time implies lack of purpose and awareness and those aren't traits of smart people. Therefore, avoid wasting precious time is high on the list of how intelligent people spend their time.

wasting time is never on their to-do-list ;)

Talk about things like, "When you say 'waste time', what do you mean by 'waste'? How can time be wasted?  And by whose definition?"

I suspect such a conversation would pass quickly through the nature of 'desire' or 'want' and arrive at a discussion on free will.

Thanks for your invitation. Some times most people waste the time as intelligent people or people having Medium/ Low level of the intelligence under certain circumstances. At the present time, I think the intellgent people are less using such habit & behaviour than other people as they try to invest their full time in good intersts and getting something useful to themselves and other.
