How can we make a supply to a remote area citizen fast?

Communication and planning is key. Supply to remote areas will only ever be as reliable, or in this case fast, if the planning is efficient. 

I am part of a team which supplies product that businesses in remote areas (such as farmers) rely on heavily. Communication and planning is what will ensure the fastest supply - and ideally a happy customer. Customers are happiest when they are not let down by disruption and misinformation.
